Here's another makeup tutorial using a pop of green on the eyes.
This is Ellarie, another YouTube guru!

Christmas Makeup

Since Christmas is around the corner I wanted to show you folks what kind of make up I like to do for the holidays.

I usually go for nutral colors on my eyelids but give it a pop with some red lip.
Here is another one of my favorite makeup guru from YouTube, Zoella.
Hope you enjoy!

Thanksgiving Makeup

Since Thanksgiving is coming up, I wanted to stick with fall colors that ties in with the Thanksgiving theme.
Thinking about Thanksgiving makes me incorporate the colors gold and maroon and tones of brown.
With this one I love the blood orange color that she blended with the gold. It complements her skin tone and gives it that fall look.

It's All About Fall Colors!

Since it is already fall, the color scheme majority everyone goes for are dark colors especially maroon!

Eyeshadows are in a darker shade of maroon with a hint of black.
These are my go to everyday makeup every Fall. I just love the color maroon!

Sometimes people go for the reds or the soft orange colors..

My Halloween Makeup 2016

I had a decision to chose a make up of a clown or a sugar skull; but I did both and this is how it turned out.

This was my Halloween costume two years ago. I was an injured football player. LOL

Halloween Makeup

Hey everyone! Since Halloween is in a few days I decided to compare the costumes and make up styles everyone did back in the early 2000. Maybe some of you can relate to these pictures.

Compared to today where its all trying to look "sexy" or even "sick scary" like these few people.

Eyebrows is key!

Eyebrows are what forms ones face; it is one of the most hardest to perfect if one has sparse hairs, it is very hard to master.

Everyone has different ways on filling in their eyebrows, very different compared to the early 2000.

Contouring VS. Just Blush

If you've noticed, the way to contour nowadays is way different compared to before. They took contouring to the next level; to the point where they started to contour their nose to achieve a more slimmer look, contouring their jaw line and their forehead to pursue a more defined jaw line and to make their forehead look more smaller in a way.

Back in the day they would just contour with just blush, ranges from bight pinks to natural browns. Now contouring is made up of four different make-up products, from the bronzer which will define your jawline, cheeks, sides of your nose and forehead. Then the concealer which goes under your eye, right on the eye-bags to give off a more "wide-awake" look, on your forehead right above the eyebrows and chin. Then comes the blush, which will define your cheekbones. Then highlight which will be directly above your cheekbone to give off that "light" look. All of that to give your face a more 3D look and to show more definition on your face.

I've watched some ridiculous contouring videos online to where they started contouring their chest area to define more physical features. I also seen a video where they contoured their fingers and toes to make it look more "normal". To the point where a person contoured their whole body.

I find it okay to contour your face to define some facial structures on the face, but once a person starts contouring their whole body then that's a different story. That's becoming too much where it isn't natural for people to be contouring their whole body to pursue a different look.

People say it is a safer and cheaper way than doing a "facelift" or even surgery? but I think there's an extent to how much contouring a person can do to their body until it is too much.

Heres some links to contouring:

Make-up during early 2000

Make-up during the early 2000's where very simple in my opinion. Simple as in small number of products being used. All they would need would be either powder or some sort of foundation, lipgloss or lipsticks and a little eyeshadows here and there with a touch of eyeliner and mascara. That is only less than ten products compared to make-up today.

It was called cute when girls had one shade of eyeshadow on their eyelids and a bright colored lipgloss on their lips. Especially if you search up images on google of popular stars like Brittany Spears and Christina Aguilera, they make-ups in the early 2000 compared to today looks very different.

The trend back then with make-up seemed very exaggerated with all sorts of bright colors. Blush that was hot pink would be used as much to the point where you could literally tell that they were using blush. Even though they knew so little as what we know now about make-up, they made it look good. Back then the process in make-up compared to now its very different and with much more products being used.
